The Breakspear Arms

For many people the pub is a pleasant place to enjoy some social interaction.

In July 2019 VM Construction took on a renovation project for the Breakspear Arms Public House, Ruislip. The pub has been known for its ales and food for many years. Its food selection offers both  a traditional carvery and Indian cuisine.

The changes needed were to add an extra dimension to the dining experience by extending its capacity. 

The project VMC undertook was to build:
  • a large function room;
  • a new toilet block; and
  • a kitchen extension.
All of the above was completed on time and to the standard which allowed the pub to re-open with extended facilities.

Churches

Over the years we have been employed by architectural firms such as Gordon Spence Partnership, and Sheppard's, to carry out repairs and renovations to churches within the London diocese. 

We have worked on a few church projects but mainly they were properties owned by the London Diocese.

In 2017 we installed a lift at St Pauls Church, Corbin's Lane,  South Harrow. This was  to ensure the church complied with the Equality Act (previously the DDA) which enabled wheel chair users access to the church.

​Additional projects have included other upgrade works within the church.
