Large construction projects

The areas may be the construction of new office blocks and commercial buildings. Alternatively they may be in the public health sector where we are uniquely positioned to add experience and expertise.

It may be that the project is on older buildings requiring interior refits, renovation, or repurposing.  We are well-equipped to offer services especially where there is need to integrate a number of key features.

Within each structure is the integration of a number of critical areas which require an intelligent approach. As we show in our project work and the examples of projects completed, there is a level of  intricacy in the construction of buildings. New technology and capabilities require skills and the experience of completing such projects.

House building and re-development

Our involvement in building residential property is longstanding. This includes new estates and new builds, and the redevelopment  of land where there is a large existing property.

Our level of competencies take in the whole structure of the building. From the external construction to the internal structure and specific features. We are especially expert at working within a larger building project and developing the units and modules which form the centre and core of the building.
